Au nombre de ces outils, le Pr\u00e9sident de Social Watch B\u00e9nin a cit\u00e9 le Budget Participatif (BP) mis en \u0153uvre dans plusieurs collectivit\u00e9s territoriales au B\u00e9nin et expos\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats obtenus suite \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de cet outil (BP).<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, \u00e9vidences \u00e0 l\u2019appui, les r\u00e9alisations d\u2019investissements dans les communes d\u2019Adjarra, de Djougou, de Copargo, de S\u00e9gbana, pour ne citer que celles-l\u00e0 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019assistance dont l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la communication s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 par la flop\u00e9e de questions pour mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes mis en place pour avoir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des communes pour le Gouvernement ouvert.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de souligner que la communication du Pr\u00e9sident Rigobert OROU GANNI est intervenue au cours de la session &#8220;Participation et engagement citoyen : d\u00e9fis et opportunit\u00e9s pour des villes durables&#8221; mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par le Professeur Abdou SENE, Enseignant Chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Num\u00e9rique Cheikh Hamidou Kane (NCHK) de Dakar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre de la 5\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Forum International de la D\u00e9mocratie Participative en Afrique (FIDEPA 05), le Pr\u00e9sident de Social Watch B\u00e9nin, M.
